Rhode Island Dept. of Labor teams up with businesses to hire for retail jobs in Rhode Island

The Rhode Island Department of Labor has announced its intentions to team up with a variety of local businesses to connect people with retail jobs in Rhode Island.

Recruitments will be held at participating businesses across Rhode Island, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Monday, November 14, 2011.
New employers are added daily. The list as of this printing includes:
Advantage Rent-A-Car in Warwick
American Eagle in Smithfield
Brooks Brothers in Providence
Deb/Deb Plus in Lincoln, Warwick and Providence
Dollar Tree in multiple locations
Express in Warwick
Macy’s in Warwick, Providence, Swansea and Attleboro
Marshall’s in Lincoln
Victoria’s Secret in Providence
Wal-Mart in North Smithfield
Wet Seal in Wakefield, Warwick and Providence
Wicks-N-Sticks in Warwick
Positions include sales associates, stockers, food staff, customer service associates, assistant managers and overnight staff. All positions/shifts available. Applicants should bring a résumé and be prepared for an on-site interview.
